    Came to pick up a takeaway and told it would take half an hour (just to keep us as customers probably.
    Ended up taking 1 and a half hours, and reassured constantly throughout the last hour that it would be ready in a few minutes, and refused a refund which was appropriate given the length of the wait, what an absolute joke.
